A refined choice for premium alcohol-free occasions, Alhambra Sin combines a brilliant golden appearance, subtle malt character, delicate hop bitterness and a smooth, gentle finish. Making it an elegant addition to the drinks selection for those seeking a sophisticated alternative with minimal alcohol.
Alhambra Sin (“without”) is a non-alcoholic beer from Cervezas Alhambra, the renowned Granada brewery founded in 1925. Inspired by the character and heritage of the city of Granada, Alhambra has built its reputation around a patient, considered approach to brewing, with time and craftsmanship at the heart of its beers.
Crafted using the same natural ingredients and a similar brewing approach to Alhambra Especial, Alhambra Sin delivers a character beer with less than 0.7% ABV. During brewing, temperatures and timings are carefully controlled to produce a wort low in fermentable sugars, helping to minimise alcohol production during fermentation
Carefully selected Spanish barley malts from Navarra, Albacete and Sevilla give Alhambra Sin its brilliant golden colour and soft malted-cereal aromas. Corn is added to soften the natural astringency of the malt, while selected hops contribute a restrained bitterness and pleasant persistence on the palate.
Alhambra Sin’s delicate, refreshing profile makes it an excellent companion to lighter Spanish and Mediterranean inspired foods. It works particularly well with Spanish conservas and seafood, such as tinned fish, mussels and shellfish, where its gentle bitterness complements rather than overwhelms.
For a traditional Spanish pairing, serve alongside Manchego, Idiazabal and other lightly aged cheeses
