Botifarra is the classic sausage of Catalan cooking. Made from free-range pork and containing only sea salt and ground black pepper this is a very pure, light and delicate sausage.
Hand-made by Casa Noguera to a 140-year-old recipe, these sausages are poached for 45 minutes which removes nearly all the fat. The sausage can be grilled, fried or dropped into stews and soups.
