Senorio de Vizcantar is a Spanish extra virgin olive oil from Priego de Cordoba. This premium olive oil is a blend of three olive varieties; picudo, hojiblanca and picual. The fruity intensity of the Picudo, the subtle almond hints of the Hojiblanca and the austere astringency of the Picual all make for a complex and intresting oil. The logo is taken from a medieval engraving which translates as love of agriculture and respect for tradition.

Senorio de Vizcantar has won best olive oil by German magazine Derfeinschmeker and French magazine Le Guide des Huiles D´olive.

Catala Paella Rice (1Kg) is the key ingredient in any Paella dish. The rice comes from Valencia and includes the varieties Senia y Bahia. Paella rice absorbs liquid up to the point of doubling its volume whilst retaining the flavour of stock unlike any other International varieties.

El Angel Smoked Paprika Dulce Can 75g, Spanish paprika (Pimenton) is a traditional product of designation made from the milling of different varieties of red peppers, normally from either ocales, jaranda, jariza, jeromin and bola varieties or a mixture. It is grown and produced exclusively in the region of Extremadura in Spain. The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory where they are ground in ancient stone mills. This coarse ground pimenton is smoky with a pleasant warmth. It has a high colouring characteristic and it is known to be the main secret to Spanish charcuterie, such as chorizo sausages and lomo iberico.

La Molineta de Minaya Saffron (0.5G) contains authentic saffron from La Mancha, an essential ingredient in the preparation and cooking of Spanish Paella. La Molineta saffron carries the stamp of approval from the Denomination of Origin. La Mancha saffron is considered to be the best saffron in the world.

Basco Soft Cooking Chorizo Picante (350g) is a spicy chorizo sausage from La Rioja cured for only 6 days, so when fried in the paella pan it releases all the flavours and aromas which are key to a proper Paella dish.
