Our quince paste is made by Jose Pelluz in Murcia using nothing but quince, sugar and lemon juice. Quince can be used in lots of other ways; in sauces; as a stuffing in pastries or spread over toast. Quince is a naturally preserved product so if you’re wondering how long quince keeps; it will keep for up to four years.
