Description
La Chinata black pudding pate with pine kernels is a very creamy product that combines the traditional flavour of black pudding; an ancestral food rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates. It is ideal to use in pastry fillings, empanadas, as well as with roast meats or to enrich sauces. It can be served cold or hot. This pate is also highly recommended as a snack, as part of tapas or with a selection of cured meats and cheeses. Just spread on toasted bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our Mallorcan rosemary biscuits.
It is a pate with great nutritional properties, especially the main ingredient black pudding which was named Superfood 2016 by the British website MuscleWorld. Black Pudding is a great source of protein; it is low in carbohydrates and brings two important minerals that are scarce in modern diets: zinc and iron.
