PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A single variety picual olive from D.O. Sierra de Segura. It has intense notes of fruited green olives, reminiscent of tomato, fig, apple, grass and unripe almond. Emerald green in hue, it has a sweet flavour with slightly bitter edge. Very harmonious oil. This oil has over 80 different awards, including winning for three consecutive years the Spanish Ministry of Rural and Marine Environment Award. In the UK, Fuenroble has won a 1 Star Great Taste Award in 2013. This unique Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil boasts an oleic acidity level up to 0.4º. Each batch of Fuenroble is evaluated by a highly qualified panel of tasters to ensure the aroma and flavour are absolutely perfect. Enjoy this award winning olive oil!
FOOD PAIRING
Fuenroble pairs really well with a tomato salad or drizzle on crusty tomato bread, known in Spain as pan tomaca, and is great with grilled fish dishes, especially tuna.
