Mascaro Gin 9 Gin and Tonic

A classic Spanish gin like Mascaro’s Gin 9 which is made exclusively from wild juniper from the Penedes area of Catalunya only needs simple preparation to make a stunning gin and tonic. Gin 9’s herbal and aromatic nose works really well with a sweet citrus kick from a chunky piece of freshly cut pink grapefruit, some kaffir lime leaves to enhance the floral touches in the drink and some crushed juniper berries to enhance the main ingredient used in the distillation process of the gin.
