WINE TASTING
Luberri 2023 is a young style Rioja made through carbonic maceration, a winemaking technique, often associated with the French wine region of Beaujolais, in which whole grapes are fermented in a carbon dioxide rich environment before crushing. The resulting wine is a fruity Rioja with cherry-red hues and violet sparkles which set the stage for a cornucopia of aromas, with forest blackberries and raspberries taking center stage, enhanced by subtle floral undertones. Upon tasting, it astonishes with its full body and succulent balance, maintaining a fruity presence that lingers. Its juicy texture beckons another sip, providing a delightful and approachable experience for the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

Perfect with grilled red meats, game, roast meats, rice dishes, mushrooms, oily fish and cured cheeses.
