La Coca de Folgueroles is a business based outside Barcelona, that focuses exclusively on the artisan production of their famous coca bread.

Pan de coca or pan de cristal, is an artisan rustic Spanish bread, produced by hand from 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives or additives.

Coca bread is a slow food, result of a patient craftmanship. Made entirely by hand, the dough is shaped into cocas and allowed to ferment for over eight hours until it is ready for baking.

Pan de coca is an excellent complement to all your meals. It is the famous bread used to make pan tumaca (tomato bread), works perfectly with Spanish ham charcuterie, cheeses, tapas, for breakfast or brunch or with a bowl of soup or gazpacho.

Ready baked, the bread only takes 20 minutes to defrost and only takes 4-6 minutes to warm in a pre-heated oven at 200°C or you can also toast it in your toaster, grill or barbecue.
