Description
Made by Famillia Suarez in Cuenca, central Spain, chimichurri is the classic sauce from the South America. Traditionally eaten with grilled steaks, it also makes a great accompaniment to grilled pork, chicken or fish.
This version is made with choricero peppers and purple garlic, a speciality of Famillia Suarez. The sauce is intense without being hot with a piquancy from the addition of wine vinegar and spices.
