Arturo Sánchez Lomo Iberico de Bellota 80g – Arturo Sánchez’s acorn-fed Lomo Ibérico is one of a kind. Made from acorn-fed 100% Iberian pigs and cured for a minimum of 6 months in a natural curing process in the fresh mountain air of Guijuelo. Savour thin slices of this tasty lomo cured sausage with a glass of fine wine.

Arturo Sánchez Chorizo Iberico de Bellota 80g – Made from acorn-fed, free-range pork blended with smoked paprika and garlic, this chorizo is aged for a minimum of 4 months in the mountain air of Guijuelo in Salamanca. La Chinata Venison Pate with Pedro Ximenez – La Chinata venison pate with Pedro Ximenez is a delicious and healthy pate that combines the exquisite taste of venison, a classic in the gourmet world, with Pedro Ximenez sherry, a velvety-sweet sherry used very often in Mediterranean cooking.

Senorio de Vizcantar is a Spanish extra virgin olive oil from Priego de Cordoba. This premium olive oil is a blend of three olive varieties; picudo, hojiblanca and picual. The fruity intensity of the Picudo, the subtle almond hints of the Hojiblanca and the austere astringency of the Picual all make for a complex and intresting oil. The logo is taken from a medieval engraving which translates as love of agriculture and respect for tradition.

Navarro PX Balsamic Vinegar 15 Years old – Navarro Pedro Ximenez Balsamic 15 year old vinegar is made from 100% Pedro Ximenez aged fortified wine from the D.O. Montilla-Moriles, and then kept for another ten years in American oak casks in a Solera and Criaderas system with a regular blending from cask to cask.

Arroyabe Tuna in Olive Oil – Generations of Northern Spanish fishermen have sailed the Bay of Biscay in small boats, fishing bonito tuna using both trolling and live-bait traditional techniques in which the fishing rod is used to catch bonito tuna one by one, allowing the best quality tuna to be selected at the time of capture. These tuna fishing methods also ensure that the seabed is not damaged and that other species are not accidentally captured.

Palacio Quemado Tempranillo 2020 – This winery, located in Tierra de Barros in Extremadura, is the result of a partnership between the Losada Serra family, owners of a big agricultural holding in the area, and the Alvear family, who has been producing wine in Montilla-Moriles since the 18th century. Wines are made under the DO Ribera del Guadiana and VT Extremadura category.

El Angel Smoked Paprika Dulce Can – Spanish paprika (Pimenton) is a traditional product of designation made from the milling of different varieties of red peppers, normally from either ocales, jaranda, jariza, jeromin and bola varieties or a mixture. It is grown and produced exclusively in the region of Extremadura in Spain. The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory where they are ground in ancient stone mills. This coarse ground pimenton is smoky with a pleasant warmth. It has a high colouring characteristic and it is known to be the main secret to Spanish charcuterie, such as chorizo sausages and lomo iberico.

Catala Paella Rice 1kg – Short-grain rice is the most common type of rice in Spain. Also known as paella rice, this type of short and rounded rice is especially selected from varieties such as bahia and senia which originate in Valencia. It is only the best selected grains that can offer the best paella and rice dishes. This type of grain has the characteristic of absorbing more than other types of rice, the flavours of the stock in which it is cooked, making it the ideal type of rice for cooking the perfect paella.

Lavirtu Sauvignon Blanc – Pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright. The nose is exotic, we can find aromas such as passion fruit and lychee, mixed with citrus notes and stone fruits, such as peach. On the palate it has a very lively and fresh entry, with good acidity and a round finish.

Our semi cured Manchego Vega Mancha has a very smooth flavour. Packaged in a 150g wedge, this manchego piece is big enough to share and enjoy with tapas or as part of a cheeseboard.

This quality cheese has “Queso Manchego D.O.” seal of authenticity, attesting to its high quality. Because this young cheese has been cured for up to 90 days, it is fresh, with a gentle sweet aroma. It has a dense paste with lots of small eyes (ojos). The texture is dry-ish but pliable. The flavours are buttery with hints of green almonds and a mild finish.

Arturo Sanchez Jamon Iberico de Cebo 50g – Iberico ham has a deep, rich nutty flavour and comes from the legendary Iberian breed of black pigs known as pata negra pigs. The animals have at least a hectare of wooded pastures called dehesas and are fed on a diet of grass and the best acorns from holm and cork oak trees. This provides the hams distinctive aroma and exquisite taste.
