PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Senorio de Vizcantar is a Spanish extra virgin olive oil from Priego de Cordoba. This premium olive oil is a blend of three olive varieties; picudo, hojiblanca and picual. The fruity intensity of the Picudo, the subtle almond hints of the Hojiblanca and the austere astringency of the Picual all make for a complex and intresting oil. The logo is taken from a medieval engraving which translates as love of agriculture and respect for tradition.
Senorio de Vizcantar has won best olive oil by German magazine Derfeinschmeker and French magazine Le Guide des Huiles D´olive.
FOOD PAIRING
Use as a dip with bread, in salads, gazpacho soups or grilled fish and chicken dishes.
