Fried padron peppers are a perfect, quick and easy tapas dish.

This fried padron peppers dish adds a bright green colour to any dinner table and a lovely, sweet and salty mouthful to any selection of tapas. Padron peppers best suit simple cooking; just blister in a hot pan with a smudge of olive oil and a generous sprinkle of crunchy sea-salt until wilted and soft.
