This Sherry Sangria recipe is a twist on a standard sangria recipe, using a white sherry instead of wine and blending it with cloudy apple juice, fresh fruit and topped with lemonade. The secret ingredient is the sherry itself, a Pale Cream sherry made from 100% Pedro Ximenez grapes. Pale cream is a blended sherry made from fino and cream sherries. The result is an incredibly balanced wine that preserves the colour and freshness of a Fino with the gentle sweetness of a cream.
