TASTING NOTES
Mascaró Pure Reserva Brut Nature is a brut nature cava in its purest form, with all its nuances, with no expedition liquor added. Its grapes are pressed entire, and only the free-run juice is used in the production of the base wine. The must obtained is fermented at controlled temperatures.
In the mouth, this Mascaro cava is very dry, tonic and balanced at the same time, with structure. Good persistence and pleasant finish. Pale yellow colour with greenish reflections and a bright and crystalline aspect. Thin bubbles with a good release. Elegant expression of fruit with clean notes of fresh yeast.
FOOD PAIRING
As an aperitif or with seafood, pasta, rice or grilled white fish. It can also be served as a pre-dessert or with fruit based desserts.
