Description
With a maceration of fresh basil leaves with the best extra virgin olive oil to produce the freshness and aroma of this plant along with the taste of the best EVOO from La Chinata. The result is a high quality EVOO with the ideal basil flavour to enhance any dish.
We recommended to use it for salads, to season eggs, as a seasoning of tortillas and scrambled eggs, to marinate fish and seafood, to accompany vegetables such as tomatoes, aubergine or peppers, as well as for cheeses and red meats or pastas.
The basil also has very beneficial properties for health since it combats exhaustion, stress and insomnia. It is also a digestive and diuretic plant and is very good against intestinal parasites, in addition to helping to cure laryngitis and pharyngitis.
