Description
Guindilla peppers are thin, slightly long with a green yellowish colour and soft skin. They are pickled in white wine vinegar of low acidity and a small amount of salt.
Karina guindilla peppers are unprocessed and retain their original shape.
These spicy green chillies can be enjoyed as they are, often accompanied by Basque anchovies, tuna and a fizzy glass of Txakoli Basque white wine as an appetizer or snack.
