He regularly runs client food and drink events around the country and he is a course tutor at Hartingtons of Bakewell cookery school. This is a delicious and simple sherry cocktail to make. I took the recipe from Harry Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail book. The blend of whole shaken egg and aged oloroso is incredible whilst a touch of cayenne pepper gives body and spice to the drink. A must try!
