TASTING NOTES
Single vineyard rose wine, Valentin comes from a one-hectare plot situated in the heart of the D.O Rueda: the village of Mataporzuelos. A very pale rosé, made from Tempranillo, the Spanish grape variety par excellence, first introduced by the Phoenicians. On the glass is bright, vibrant and clear. On the palate, the wine shows tropical fruits, white flowers, dulce de leche with a touch of hazelnut. A rose with volume, fruit, crisp, balance and freshness.
FOOD PAIRING
As an aperitif or with fish dishes and grilled white meats, Asian foods or sushi.
