A straw-yellow colour with pearl brilliance. An intense nose with a broad range of fruit aromas like lychee, pineapple and mango, as well as woody notes of vanilla and toasted bread. The palate is structured, elegant, well balanced and has a long finish, with a complex range of fruity and smoky aromas.
FOOD PAIRING
As an aperitif or with fish dishes and meats such as a good, roasted lamb.
