One bottle of Cava Celler Kripta Brut Reserva – A light straw colour cava, clean and very fruity with apple and caramel notes against a mint and balmy background of fresh herbs. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, fruity with ripe apple and syrupy notes. It has a long and delicate aftertaste. This wine is aged in bottle for a minimum of 36 months. It pairs well with fish, seafood, creamy soups, white meat, goat cheese and desserts.

One bottle of Cava Celler Kripta Rose – A vintage rose cava of soft cherry pink colour with bright violet hues. On the nose it is fresh with notes of wild fruits, particularly strawberries, against a mint background. On the palate, it is rich and dense with a strong flavour of wild berries. This wine is aged in bottle for a minimum of 18 months. Our rose cava is ideal as an aperitif; it combines perfectly with seafood, fish dishes, rice, pasta, cold meats, poultry and fruity desserts.

One bottle of Cava Celler Kripta Gran Reserva Barrica – A single variety cava made from Macabeo grapes. Up to 40 percent of the basic wine is fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. This cava has a light straw colour with green hues. On the nose it has intense green apple notes with a delicate, balmy, toasted and spicy touch produced by the barrel ageing. On the palate, the freshness of the fruit and the balmy notes stands out against a toasted and vanilla background. This cava has a minimum ageing in bottle of 30 months. Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes well with Iberian ham, seafood, fish in sauce, risottos, poultry, smoked food, foie gras, white and red meats and semi-cured cheese.Limited production with numbered bottles.
