Produced on the renowned Dehesa de Los Llanos estate in the heart of La Mancha, this award-winning Gran Reserva Manchego is one of Spain’s finest artisan cheeses. Made exclusively from the raw milk of Manchega sheep raised on the estate, the cheese is aged for over 12 months to develop exceptional depth of flavour and complexity.
Its firm, ivory-coloured paste reveals delicate tyrosine crystals, a hallmark of long maturation, while the aroma is rich and inviting with notes of toasted nuts, caramel and dried grass. On the palate, it delivers an intense yet balanced flavour profile, combining sweet buttery notes with hints of roasted hazelnuts and a lingering savoury finish.
