Loza Chorizo Sarta Picante 250g This spicy chorizo is made from an old recipe by a family-owned company in La Rioja. The delicious pork sausage is seasoned with spicy smoked paprika (Pimenton de la Vera Picante). It is all natural with no artificial preservatives.

La Chinata Iberico Pork Pate with Cherries (120g) is elaborated from high quality Iberian pork meat from the lands of Extremadura. Iberico pork is one of the meats more valued by prestigious chefs around the world thanks to its quality and taste.

Vega Mancha Semi Cured Manchego Cheese Piece (150g)

Our semi cured Manchego Vega Mancha has a very smooth flavour. Packaged in a 150g wedge, this manchego piece is big enough to share and enjoy with tapas or as part of a cheeseboard.

This quality cheese has “Queso Manchego D.O.” seal of authenticity, attesting to its high quality. Because this young cheese has been cured for up to 90 days, it is fresh, with a gentle sweet aroma. It has a dense paste with lots of small eyes (ojos). The texture is dry-ish but pliable. The flavours are buttery with hints of green almonds and a mild finish.
