Our Arturo Sanchez Professional Ham Stand features a heavy-gauge stainless steel ring within which the hoof is clamped. The ring gauge can also be adjusted into different positions depending on what part of your Jamon Iberico ham you are hand-carving.

The base of the holder is made of black High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) for ease of cleaning and to remain hygienic. The base is also over an inch thick to ensure the ham holder stays firm when slicing delicious slices of Spanish ham.
