Description
The Mascaro family are a cava and wine producer located in the area of Penedes in Catalunya. Mascaro are also distillers of fine Spanish Brandies, Marc, Gin and Liqueurs.
Vermouth siset is made from Parellada wine from their estate “Mas Miquel”, former property of the Cistercian Monastery of Santes Creus. This red vermouth is inspired by the Mediterranean forest surrounding the property. The wine spirit used in the production of this vermouth is from the inicial soleras of their founder, Antonio Mascaro, known as Siset, and give structure and body to this product.
With an intense and bright mahogany colour with orange reflections, it has an unmistakable aroma with notes of aromatic herbs and spices. Sweet and balanced taste, with an elegant bitter end.
Excellent as an appetiser and pairs with all kind of tapas. Serve with ice and garnish with an olive .
