The box contains a selection of ox beef cuts straight from El Capricho’s organic farm. If you are a fan of steak, this is the ultimate steak box to go to!

El Capricho box contains one whole ox rib steak weighing around 1.2Kg, dry-aged for over 90 days from 4 year old ox. A whole ox short rib ready to slow cook on the bbq and a whole piece of ox chuck steak that you can cut into chunks and make the ultimate beef bourgignon.

All three meats are perfectly paired with El Chano, a red wine made by Jose Gordon the owner and chef of El Capricho. A fine and fruity wine, where red and ripe fruit and wild aromas stand out. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak and is the ideal accompaniment to El Capricho ox steaks and ox beef cuts.

You will receive all your ingredients in a chilled box delivered with ice pads. Please note that the ox beef steak, chuck and short rib will arrive frozen. Defrost for 24 hours in the fridge before cooking. Please note that weights can vary from pack to pack, so expect a slight variation on the weight of your ox beef cuts.
