Coren Chestnut-Fed Pork Criollo Sausage is a premium artisan-style sausage from Galicia made with high-quality pork from chestnut-fed pigs. This traditional criollo-style sausage is coarsely ground and lightly seasoned to highlight the natural richness of the meat, enhanced by the pigs’ distinctive chestnut-enriched diet.
Juicy, flavourful, and beautifully textured, it’s perfect for grilling, barbecuing, or pan-frying. The chestnut feeding adds a subtle sweetness and depth that sets it apart from standard sausages, delivering a bold yet balanced flavour in every bite.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CHESTNUT-FED PORK CRIOLLO SAUSAGE?
You will receive one pack of frozen Chestnut-Fed Pork Criollo Sausages vac pac delivered on ice pads. If you are not using the sausages straight away, store in the freezer. If you are, then you will need to thaw it in the fridge for at least 24 hours before cooking.
