WINE TASTING
A deep, luminous cherry red core with a garnet rim, hinting at its development. The bouquet is intense and inviting. A core of ripe red berries—think wild strawberries and red cherries—is elegantly framed by notes of vanilla, sweet spice, and a touch of cocoa from its oak aging. Underlying hints of licorice and Mediterranean herbs add a layer of complexity. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with a silky texture that delivers a burst of fresh red fruit. The well-integrated tannins provide a pleasant structure, leading to a balanced mid-palate where the subtle notes of coffee and toast from the oak emerge. Its vibrant acidity keeps the wine lively and fresh.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent companion of dishes and meals in which smoked meat or meat products play the leading role. Can also be widely used with meat from the grill or from the oven, meat stews and with aged hard cheeses.
