    MAINTAIN YOUR MEMBER STATUS.

    To maintain your tier status, you must order the qualifying number of times for that tier over 12-months of orders.

    For example, if you signed up for Basco Loyalty Club and then worked your way up to the Gold tier on 1st August 2025 you will maintain Gold tier status for a whole year. On 1st August 2026, depending on how many orders you placed we would review your tier. If you had placed order 10+ order in that 12-month period, you would retain Gold. If it were 6–9 orders, you would move to Silver.

    How do I join Basco Loyalty Club?

    Simply click here to create an account and you will receive a confirmation email. Every order you place from then on adds up to unlock tiers.

    What are the Basco Loyalty Club tiers?

    We offer three tiers – Gold Silver and Bronze – each with their own exclusive benefits.

    How do I unlock the tiers?

    To unlock individual tiers, in the last 12 months, you must place the following number of orders: 10+ for Gold, 6–9 for Silver and 3–5 for Bronze.

    How do I claim my rewards?

    For discounts and free delivery, you must login or create an account with the email address you have received the loyalty code to. Once logged in, you then simply enter your personal loyalty code in the 'Discount Code' box. We will email you details for accessing 24-hour pre-sales and private sales. Gold tier VIP gifts will be automatically sent to you each year on your anniversary. If your email address has recently changed, please get in contact with us on 01937 845 767 or info@bascofinefoods.com to update.

    Are the member discounts off all orders?

    Yes, you can use your code as many times as you want. However codes do not work in conjunction with any other discounts, offer or codes. It also excludes the following product ranges: Marques de Murrieta, Vega Sicilia, Licor 43, La Rioja Alta, Nordes

    Are there limits on the free delivery?

    Yes. Free priority delivery applies on orders over £75 after discount. You can order what you want, whenever you want to the value of £75 or above, login and enter your personal loyalty code at checkout and there will be no priority delivery charge.

    What is Priority delivery?

    Priority delivery allows you to nominate your delivery day (including next day on orders placed before 1pm), including Saturdays.

    How long does Bronze, Silver and Gold status last?

    Once you’ve hit a tier, from that date for 12 months, you will be able to enjoy that tier’s rewards. After 12 months, provided you have maintained the number of orders over the last year required for that tier you will continue to enjoy the benefits.

    What happens when I move up a tier?

    If for example you are a Silver member and then place over 10 orders in the last 12 months, you will automatically move up to the Gold tier and unlock even more benefits. You will be notified via email and you will also see your status in your account under Loyalty.

    Why have I moved down a tier?

    If you do not maintain the minimum number of orders in the last 12 months for the tier you are on, then you will move down to the tier you now qualify for.

    How do I cancel my Basco Loyalty Club membership?

    Membership is free and comes with many benefits, however, in the unlikely event you wish to cancel your membership at any time, please simply contact our team on info@bascofinefoods.com
