Mousse foie gras is fully cooked and ready-to-eat. We use nothing but duck foie gras, port wine, salt and sugar in our recipe, and the unique foie gras flavour comes through in every creamy bite.

Our tasting box includes three cans of 130g each of mousse de foie, mousse de foie with prunes and mousse the foie with truffle. Simple and pure, our mousse is the way foie gras was meant to be experienced. It makes the perfect addition to a charcuterie board and is a must-have at any dinner party.

We recommend bringing the mousses to room temperature for 5 to 20 minutes before consumption, to emphasise its taste at its best. To serve, it is best to open the two lids and push one side to extract the entire mousse onto a plate. Once opened, cut into thin slices. To do this, use a sharp knife, previously passed through hot water. You can also use a cheese wire. Serve the mousse on toasted bread with your choice of complements.
