Our courier DPD is experiencing unprecedented volume of parcels due to the high demand during Christmas, snow conditions in certain areas and the impact of Royal Mail’s strike action during November and December. However, we are managing the fulfillment of orders at normal pace and are able to ship orders right up to Thursday 22nd December.

Standard Delivery: Delivered within 5 working days.
Priority & Saturday Delivery: Delivered on a nominated day, including Saturdays. Please note this service is no longer available before Christmas due to delayed parcels on DPD’s network as a knock on effect from the Royal Mail strikes.
Click & Collect: Our warehouse is fully open for click and collect orders that can be placed via the website. Please check for opening hours
