Try our new duck paella recipe! Often used in Asian cuisine, duck and rice are a great combination. In this recipe, I make a Paella version out of these two ingredients, rolling the duck breasts in Chinese five-spice and making an aromatic saffron rice with spring onions and wild mushrooms. The result is delicious, think juicy spicy duck pieces combined with aromatic rice and earthy wild mushrooms.
