Ron Conde De Aldama is from Domenican Republic origin but aged for decades in very old American oak casks.
This is one of Spain’s most exclusive rums. A rum aged for years in criaderas and soleras at Bodegas Pedro Romero and now resting in Bodega de Miraflores from Francisco Yuste, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. A rum from forgotten soleras, rescued and now shared.
Tasting Notes
A dark mahogany colour with golden sparkles that are elegant. It’s bouquet has sweet spice, tobacco and other aromas from it ageing in very old Spanish brandy casks. In the mouth, Ron Conde De Aldama is warm, mature and balanced, it is juicy but deep , with a vigorous and persistent taste that stays.
A super premium rum to enjoy straight or with ice, sipping it slowly with no rush.
