Queen of Truffles is an international company dedicated to developing exclusive high-end cuisine products based on Truffles. The main species used in their products is Tuber Melanosporum, considered as "The Black Gastronomy Diamond", which grows in their truffle plantations.
Queen of Truffles takes pride in their manufacturing process, where they directly control and supervise the selection of raw material, growth, recollection, research ampers development and packaging of all truffle products.
The white truffle aroma oil is made with Spanish extra virgin olive oil from Sierra de Espadán and Tuber Magnatum aroma. Used with hot and cold dishes. Ideal with risottos, fresh and cooked vegetables, salads, any dish with potatoes and eggs.
Born in 2011 with the idea of developing premium truffle and olive oil products, Queen of Truffles sources all their fresh truffle from their own farms in Castellon, following an exhaustive cleaning and manual selection process according to their colour, aroma, maturity grade and size.
