TASTING NOTES
A youthful wine bursting with berry fruit. 6 months barrel ageing makes this wine very approachable, clean and bright but good complexity of liquorice, coffee and vanilla is apparent on the palette. Soft tannins add structure with cherry fruits and a complex, long finish.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with soft cheeses, salads and barbecued chorizo sausage.
