Las Moradas de San Martin winery is located 870 metres above sea level on the periphery of the Gredos mountain range. In this spectacular location, the garnacha variety reaches full expression. The combination of old vines, sandy soil of granite origin and respectful viticulture limits the yield of production but the result are powerful and age-worthy wines.
Senda is clean and bright with intense cherry colour. The garnacha is clearly distinguishable on the nose, a variety with great aromatic complexity. Aromas of black fruit, flowers and low mountain shrubs are predominant against a light mineral background with toasted nuances hinting at the barrel ageing. Delightfully fruity on the palate with pleasant tannins and excellent acidity.
Serve together with red meats, game, cured meats and cheeses.
