75% Monastrell, 25% Syrah and Tempranillo
Ibizkus Rose is a light rose made in Ibiza. It has a flowery nose with raspberry notes. On the palate it is a lively wine with spicy notes, saffron flowers and a long finish distinctive of a fine rose.
Grapes harvested in the morning, hand-selected in the vineyard and subsequently refrigerated prior to maceration, thereby reducing colour extraction and achieving finer grape musts. 2-hour maceration in a pneumatic wine-press. Slow fermentation in a low temperature environment and ageing on fine lees.
Pale salmon-pink colour with coppery highlights predominate floral aromas, rose petals and white flowers, stone fruits like ripe apricots and memories of pastries. Fresh, long, syrupy and well-balanced with an intense aftertaste.
Ideal with Asian food dishes, salads and fish dishes.
