We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with the world’s best steak restaurant El Capricho for the limited supply of selected ox beef cuts now available at Basco.
Our cured ox beef is a variation on the traditional Cecina de León, using different smaller muscle cuts from the ox and curing them in the cellars of El Capricho between 6 and 12 months.
Ready to eat, make sure you slice your cured ox beef very thinly and serve it in a slightly warm plate to make the beef sweat and release all of its aroma and flavour nuances. Enjoy with a glass or two of El Chano.
