In this time of crisis, we are committed to acting in the best possible way for all our staff and customers.
We are operating on a business-as-usual basis for all orders but will update you with any changes.
We have introduced a variety of measures across our business, in line with WHO guidance, to protect public health and you, our customers. The measures include the implementation of mandatory policies for all staff on stringent hygiene guidelines, and this will include the cancellation of all external meetings and, where possible, working from home.
We are fulfilling orders as normal and have continuity of stock across the vast majority of products.
We are working with clients who are adversely affected by the situation on a case-by-case basis.
At present. we are continuing to operate a full service to our online customers, both in terms of shipping parcels out within our standard timeframes.
We are receiving daily updates from our courier service on their approach and action against the Covid-19 outbreak.
Please note, we are still operating a click and collect service, however, at present we are not allowing any customers to enter our premises to purchase goods. All click and collect orders need to be processed through our website prior to collection. A member of our team will hand over your order in the collection point outside our depot.
Ensuring a safe delivery
Our van drivers have been thoroughly briefed on the new WHO guidelines and are working in accordance with them. Alongside increased cleaning of vehicles and personal sanitation, van drivers will also operate contactless deliveries. Please contact our office for further details.
Continuity of Stock
Thanks to our own business continuity measures and the preparedness of our suppliers, we are in a position to fulfil the vast majority of orders for the foreseeable future. We will do everything possible to ensure you have what you need for your business, when you need it.
