Description
From the latin meaning ‘Desired thing,’ Desiderata is a craft beer from Seville. The result is a Pils beer with fruity, floral aroma and good body.
The delicacy of malting and hopping make it a balanced beer that harmoniously combines all its flavours.
It is a premium, low-fermented, filtered beer, 100% natural without additives. It conforms to the German purity laws being made from nothing other than water, malted barley, hops and yeast making a classic pilsner. It has a fruity undertone with a citric, hoppy aroma characteristic of a pilsner.
Food Pairing – Desiderata is the perfect beer to drink with tapas, Asian food, fried fish, charcuterie, spanish ham or to simply drink on its own.
