Try our delicious sliced smoked pancetta, made by Casa Noguera, a family company located in Catalunya and specialising in Catalan charcuterie since 1870.The main activity is carried out in Igualada, a small village located in a rural area, Northwest of Barcelona. The area enjoys a microclimate characterized by long and dry winters with frequent frosts which constitute the perfect conditions to cure quality pork sausages, hams and meats in the most natural way.
Sliced pancetta is made from pork belly which is rubbed with salt and cured between 4 to 6 weeks, the whole pieces are then lightly smoked by Casa Noguera to provide its distinctive flavour.
Smoked sliced pancetta can be used in many dishes, try it wrapped in a chicken breast with a delicious cheese filling, use it as a topping to salads, pizzas and pasta dishes.
Our sliced smoked pancetta comes vacuum pac in 200g packs. Keep in the refrigerator for up to six months unopened. Once opened, wrap tightly when stored and use within 2 weeks.
