    We are a premium Spanish food and drink importer, wholesaler and ecommerce business based in West Yorkshire. We are currently recruiting for a passionate sales executive to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for a foodie with real passion for cooking and a focus on customer sales and engagement.

    As a sales executive you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so supporting our customers in any way they need it, is the simple answer. From identifying potential sales opportunities, to developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets by actively selling our premium Spanish food and drink brands to trade customers within the wholesale, hospitality and retail sectors. Our main ask of you is that the customer feels they have received the best service possible. If you are outgoing, a good listener, persuasive and service-focused, then customers will feel comfortable buying from you.

    This role is a varied operational role which will include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:

    Customer Services

    • Daily management of all incoming calls, processing orders whilst ensuring all customers’ requirements and needs are met.
    • To provide a high level of sales support and customer service by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.
    • Set up new customer accounts, updating customer details, whilst maintaining accurate customer records.


    • Processing and responding to all new enquiries in a timely manner whilst ensuring all customers’ requirements and needs are met.
    • Pro-actively seeking any sales opportunities that may arise, producing leads and booking new appointments with the emphasis on high quality leads.
    • Ensuring all marketing campaigns, news, products and offers are effectively communicated to all customers.
    • Up-selling to clients over the phone on all products or offers as directed by Line Manager.
    • Effective account management through a personable and friendly attitude with strong communication skills, ensuring that long term relationships are developed.
    • Ensuring all weekly and monthly sales targets are met through consistent drive, burning ambition, constant communication, and strong relationship building.


    • Liaising with customers on a daily basis to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled, any logistical challenges are resolved, and all pallet and parcel deliveries are correctly booked and serviced.
    • Liaising with our warehouse and delivery companies on a daily basis to ensure all orders are serviced on a timely manner, any logistical challenges are resolved, and pallet and parcel locations are regularly monitored.

     Salary & Benefits

    • A basic salary of up to £22,000 per annum dependent upon experience
    • Discretionary bonus scheme up to 20% of salary
