100% Tinta de Toro

Deep-ruby robe. Medium intensity. Hints of ripe red fruit and violets. Tender on the palate with medium and well-balanced body. The red fruit lingers in the mouth with notes of flora, liquorice and cocoa. In the palate, Campesino has a wide entrance, well balanced structure and polished tannins. Aromas of red fruits, light vanilla and balsamic notes. Ageing is for 6 months in 100% French oak.

As an aperitif with Iberian charcuterie. Young cheese from sheep’s milk. Veal marinated in a balsamic cream..
