Mallorca's Great Spreadable Sausage
Made with ground free-range pork and smoked paprika, Sobrasada sausage traditionally comes from Mallorca. It is a soft, cured sausage, used more like a pate than a salami. It can be spread over crusty bread or Mallorcan Rosemary biscuits or used as part of a pasta sauce or stirred into stews to add spicy body to many dishes.
