Three types of Spanish Black Pudding
Our Spanish morcilla comes in three varieties: morcilla iberica, a cured morcilla that needs no cooking and is flavoured with garlic and smoked paprika, morcilla de Burgos which contains rice and Wagyu morcilla made from Spanish wagyu beef. Morcilla is an exceptionally versatile product which can be used in stews, soups, stuffing or simply grilled or sliced. It makes a perfect tapas, fried atop a small crostini with a piquillo pepper.
