Classic Dry-Cured Catalan Sausage
Fuet sausage is a cured Catalan sausage made with free-range pork. Like salchichon it does not have smoked pimenton as an ingredient. It is dry-cured like a salami and so requires no cooking and can be eaten thinly sliced with crusty bread and a glass of red wine or as part of a tapas.
