Chistorra sausage is a long, thin sausage from the Navarre region of Spain. The Chistorra sausage is made with minced, free-range pork, garlic and pimento and is gluten-free. It is a raw sausage and needs cooking. It can be cooked in a similar method as chorizo cooking sausage; fried, grilled or barbecued.
