Gazpacho is a Spanish cold soup made from raw vegetables, usually with a tomato base, originating in the southern Spanish region of Andalucia. Gazpacho is widely eaten in Spain particularly during the hot summers, as it is refreshing and cool.
We're real gazpacho fans here at Basco, so when we set out to find the best ready gazpacho out there, it was a welcome challenge. Anko gazpacho, it has to be said, is really in a different league to the rest of the products on the market.
