Description
Guindillas are small green peppers from the Basque Country. They are thin, slightly long with a green yellowish colour and soft skin. They are pickled in white wine vinegar of low acidity and a small amount of salt.
Albizabal guindilla pepper jam is a new delicious way to enjoy Basque guindilla peppers all year round. The jam has sweet and savoury notes with a spicy finish, making it the ideal partner to grilled burgers or meats, as a dip mixed with mayonnaise or with canned fish such as boquerones and anchovies.
