Description

Guindillas are small green peppers from the Basque Country. They are thin, slightly long with a green yellowish colour and soft skin. They are pickled in white wine vinegar of low acidity and a small amount of salt.

Albizabal are a family business dedicated for many years to the growing, production and sale of Guindillas. Their production techniques are still done the old way with a careful and selective recollection of the Guindillas when they are at their optimum maturing point.
